Parties
Green Valley Stables is able to host Birthday or other parties! We have available indoor or outdoor space to set up a party or food (not provided) and can provide horse time.

"Group Lesson" parties are hosted just like a group lesson. Riders brush/groom their horse, help tack up, and learn to ride their horse (steering, stopping, backing, etc.). Riding will be done in our enclosed covered arena and we often play games such as redlight-greenlight.
"Riding Parties" allow riders to brush/groom horses if desired and then ride the horses. Smaller children or those who are not comfortable can be led by our staff or by other party members. Those who are comfortable can ride the horses at their leisure in our enclosed, covered arena.

Our Party Rental Space includes an indoor area that is approximately 24'X40' with tables and chairs. Access to outlets, radio, fridge, water/hose, fans, lights, etc. is available. There is also an outdoor space near the covered arena where tables are set up and you are welcome to grill or just sit and watch other party members ride horses. General cleanup including removal of trash is included. No food or drinks are provided.

Pricing is listed below and based on type of event and number of riders (which determines how many lesson horses are provided). Other guests are welcome (rider's parents, friends, family, etc.) and do not affect the price of the party. Deposit of $50 is required to reserve and may be made via cash, check, Paypal, or Venmo.

All riders under 18 years of age are required to wear a helmet. We have helmets that can be borrowed. All riders of any age must sign a liability agreement. Everyone on the property must adhere to the posted barn rules. ​

Please note, a party is not scheduled until you have been contacted directly by Samantha of Green Valley Stables to confirm time, date, and party type. Due to our full schedule of events and lessons, your preferred date or time may not be available. ​
